I received a complimentary product in exchange for my honest review and promotion as a member of the LeapFrog Mom Ambassador program.
Last month I was chosen to be part of the LeapFrog Mom Ambassador program. I couldn’t be more excited to represent and talk about such a great brand that has been a big part of our household for the past fifteen years. From baby toys to learning games we have always had several LeapFrog products for both kids and they’ve consistently been family favorites.
One of the products that I received to test and tell you about is the LeapFrog Word Whammer. This toy is so much fun and is perfect for your preschooler or Kindergartener. The suggested age range for this toy is 4-6 years. Dub will be five in November and just started Pre-K so this is absolutely perfect for him!
The Word Whammer is the perfect shape for little hands to hold on to. One side is just a handle, but the other side can be pushed and twisted to play games and form words. Your child will form words by twisting to shuffle the letters and pushing it in to choose the letter needed to make the word.
There are three different games with five different levels that adjust automatically to your child’s skill level. This is amazing because it means that the Word Whammer will grow with your child and help them with the skills they’ll need to be prepared for Pre-K and Kindergarten.
Penguin’s Teacup Twister
Dragon’s Rocket Ride
Dub is absolutely in love with his Word Whammer and plays with it every day. It’s one of the first things he picks up in the morning after (or during) breakfast and is one of the last things he puts away in the evening. He also brings it in the car whenever we leave the house.Once again, LeapFrog knocked it out of the park!
To purchase
You can purchase the LeapFrog Word Whammer for $19.99 from Leapfrog.com and many major retailers where toys are sold.
