Pedal cars are cruising back onto the scene in a big way. Today's parents undoubtedly remember cruising the sidewalks as a child in their own pedal toy. This ride-on toy seems to be a staple of the American holiday experience, with countless children finding one under the Christmas tree each year. Most are designed to replicate the look of real vehicles, while others provide a completely imaginative and unique style.
3) Hot Wheels
Hot Wheels, not to be confused with Big Wheels, are those metal cars that kids can zoom across the floor. While the small version first hit the market in 1968, today the line has expanded into larger versions and even RC cars. 4) Disney Dolls
Disney seems to be one company that is far from relinquishing its share of the toy market. Targeting kids of all ages - including those who remember the Disney princesses from movies watched in their youth - the most popular Disney dolls continue to be those from classic children's movies, such as Snow White and Cinderella. Of course, there are also versions created for modern kids' movies, such as The Princess and Me and Disney-Pixar's Toy Story 3.
